You can even give other characters the same illness if you want. Just as long as Mal is the focus of the fic (and is sneezing, duh).

Plot Bunny Idea: Pepper-up potion doesn't work on Remus, and Snape is curious about that. He thinks it would make a nice article for a magical medical journal. Is it Remus' half-blood state? Is it a side-effect of the Wolfsbane potion? Is it something else? Can anything be done about it? Snape wants to figure it out. But to do that, he has to be around Remus while Remus is sick, each time Remus is sick.
